Amy says, "For the food challenge, I found this fun recipe for Norwegian Black Pepper cookies that came from the Norwegian Embassy in Washington, DC.

I thought all Norwegian food was pickled or smoked fish, but these cookies sound quite tasty. Apparently, it's a Norwegian Christmas tradition that all homes serve at least 7 cookies at Christmastime, so they've been left to create some unusual ones like adding black pepper."
